Wages increase by 6% in 21 sectors submitted to sectoral collective agreements

The orders providing for the adoption of amendments to the collective agreements signed, Saturday, by Prime Minister Youssef Chahed provide for an increase in wages and bonuses of employees in 21 sectors of 6%.

Concerned by these increases agreed with the social partners, the sectors subject to the sectoral collective agreements, a Prime Ministry source told TAP on Sunday.

They include tourism, trade and distribution of petroleum and its by-products, printing, binding and distribution, agri-food, baking, cleaning, wholesale trade, semi-wholesale and retail, manufacturing of cleaning products and electrical and electronic insurance.
