Weija Gbawe Constituency: Deputy Minister Tina Mensah Voices Disappointment Post-Primary

WEIJA GBAWE — Deputy Minister of Health and Member of Parliament for Weija Gbawe, Madam Tina Mensah, expressed disappointment with her constituency's voting outcome in the NPP presidential primary.

According to Ghana News Agency, Following the results, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong won with 672 votes, while Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia received 434 votes. Other candidates Dr. Owusu Afriyie Akoto and Dr. Francis Addai-Nimo recorded minimal support. Despite her constituents' decision, Madam Mensah remains hopeful about Dr. Bawumia's prospects in securing the party's flagbearer role for the upcoming election.
