The debris of the helicopter that crashed into the sea on June 7, in Cap Serrat of Bizerte Governorate, has been recovered, as announced on Friday by the Ministry of National Defence.
«The floating units of the national navy successfully retrieved the helicopter debris,» stated the Defence Department in a press release. Diving units and state-of-the-art equipment were deployed to locate and retrieve the wreckage.
On June 7, the Defence Department reported the loss of contact with a helicopter, carrying four crew members, during a nocturnal mission off Cap Serrat, near Bizerte.
