Yasmine Hammamet to host 1st AGROBUSINESS MEDAFRICA, Nov.16-18

The first edition of AGROBUSINESS MEDAFRICA 2023 will be held next November 16-18 in Yasmine Hammamet at the initiative of the Tunis Chamber of Commerce and Industry (French: CCIT). Topping the event's agenda are professional meetings Tunisian and foreign operators seeking win-win partnerships in a bid to achieve national, African and global food self-sufficiency. The event is designed to promote Tunisia's offer of agri-food products and showcase the expertise of Tunisian companies. This first edition is expected to attract over 250 exhibitors and 3,500 professional visitors from 17 countries. Target products and services are grains and derivatives, fruits and vegetables, milk and by-products, sugar and by-products, beverages, fish and seafood, meat, cold storage and food safety and control laboratories. Targeted and pre-scheduled B2B meetings between Tunisian and foreign operators are on also the agenda. Three international forums and workshops will address these topics: Food Self-sufficiency and Security in Africa, International Partnership as a Lever for Development of the Agri-food Sector in Tunisia and Worldwide and Upgrading, Quality Standards and International Standards in the Agri-food Sector."
