A Cabinet meeting dedicated to the preparations of the 2022-2023 rain season was chaired on Friday by Prime Minister Najla Bouden, according to a department press release on Saturday.
The meeting reviewed the plans of the various relevant ministries in preparation for the winter season.
It also examined an action plan to ensure the supply of basic products to the markets, including fuel, food and heating, and considered ways to ensure the basic needs of the most deprived categories.
Bouden called on the various relevant ministries and structures to join forces so as to cope with floods and the effects of climate change.
