Stratcomm Africa Triumphs with Four Global Awards at 2025 IPRA Golden World Awards Gala

Accra: Strategic Communications Africa Ltd (Stratcomm Africa) has earned four significant accolades at the 2025 International Public Relations Association (IPRA) Golden World Awards (GWA) Gala. The awards recognize excellence in global public relations practice, highlighting campaigns that showcase creativity, impact, and societal contribution.

According to Ghana News Agency, Stratcomm Africa's Ghana Garden and Flower Movement (GGFM) was acknowledged for its innovative communication strategy that promotes environmental sustainability, climate change awareness, green enterprises, and behavior change. During the awards ceremony in Accra, Ms. Esther A. N. Cobbah, Founder and CEO of Stratcomm Africa, expressed pride in winning one of the two highest IPRA awards, the Global Contribution Award, for its objective aligning with one of the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.

The company also received accolades in the categories of Agriculture and Forestry for their "Greenovation: Growing a Greener Ghana" initiative, Climate Change and Environmental Education, and Sustainability Communication (Public Sector Collaboration) through "Partnerships for Green Growth." Ms. Cobbah acknowledged that this marks the second occasion Stratcomm Africa has secured one of the top two IPRA awards.

Ms. Cobbah extended gratitude to IPRA and the global communication community for acknowledging the agency's professional excellence and dedication to communication-driven development, particularly in relation to climate change. She emphasized that these awards affirm Stratcomm Africa's commitment to using communication for transformative and developmental purposes. The GGFM initiative reflects the belief that communication can foster environmental stewardship, economic opportunities, and national pride.

The awards ceremony was a significant event, gathering communication professionals, agencies, and corporate executives worldwide, underscoring its importance in the realm of global public relations.
